Sex is a sacred thing. But to do it inside the church is a disrepectful act.

This is indeed a deviant behavior and should never be tolerated. The couple deserved to be penalized.

Sex should be done in privacy and not in a public place. This behavior is next to pornography.

Geez - touchy subject. If you follow the Gospel of St. Thomas and everywhere is your church and holy place... then bonking anywhere is sacrilegious...

however - in the church - curely the degree of it’s impropriety would be relative to the intent with which said act was carried out... as Marriage sanctifies the bond between man and woman... and human conception is hardly possible without it...

A church when empty is hardly a public place in the same way that it is when it is full...

i think people should refrain from hurting other people’s sntiments, religious or otherwise, in this way? why the church anyway? didn’t they find any other spot?

sex in the church. i bet god must be wondering about how humans crave for the most necessary emotion he were instilled in man. he must also be wondering how his people go about it.

You know what, ask them to cough up a lil extra for the donation box. Nay, ask them point blank to donate more for using the facilities. That ought to set them straight.

Great... because the audience (read: readers) seem to like it, but not even remotely as shameful as the one news that went unnoticed by these same intelligent lot on Instablogs Community. Well, the news link read - Catholic Priest Sentenced to Prison for Having Sex With Female Inmates.

Conclusion: Except Gagandeep (he earns brownie points for his last sentence) and of course, me :D (because I happen to be the one submitting that priest newslink), everyone else commenting on such issues seems to be interested in playing safe.

Anyway, coming back to the current news/topic, I think we should leave the couple alone because, unlike that pissed up priest who had violated trust as an employee of the federal prison and as a priest, they at least furnished a valid reason for their adventure — they wanted ”spiritual and sexual experience.”

P.S. Is there any big difference between spiritual and sexual experience?
